But Whats a Lip Flip?

If your upper lips disappears when you smile, let me introduce you to the Lip Flip. Essentially its 1-2 units injected right above the upper lip on both sides that prevents the lip from turning down when you smile. Just to clarify- this is NOT the same as lip fillers. A lip flip doesn’t make your lip any bigger, it just keeps it “flipped” up when you talk and smile. For me, this was the solution I needed. I completely lost my upper lip when I smiled, but I didn’t want lip fillers because I already have fuller-ish lips. I had no idea this was even a thing but I’m so glad I found it!

Shonn, my injector, says it typically lasts a shorter amount of time than Botox injected into areas like the forehead, which lasts around 3-5 months.
